Background

CA. Ashwini Lande qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 and spent the early part of her career with one of the top five global accounting firms, where she worked on the audits of large listed companies. That exposure — to the scale, the review discipline and the documentation standards those engagements demand — is what she has brought to the practice here.

She leads audit and assurance at Vanesh Nadar & Co., and also guides the audit team of SNK & Alliance on audit procedures and documentation. The emphasis in both roles is the same: an audit opinion is only as defensible as the working papers behind it, so the procedure and the record of it matter as much as the conclusion.
